  1. * I. Not asked to repeat a thing; without an encore: cum loca jam recitata revolvimus irrevocati, Hor. Ep. 2, 1, 223.
  2. II. That cannot be called or kept back: ab acri caede lupus, Ov. M. 11, 401 (dub.; al. revocatus).
