Parsing inflected forms may not always work as expected. If the following does not give the correct word, try Latin Words or Perseus.

  1. I. A river in Umbria, celebrated for the defeat of Hasdrubal, the brother of Hannibal, now Meturo, Liv. 27, 43 sq.; Sil. 8, 486.

  2. II. A river in the Bruttian territory, now Marro, Plin. 3, 5, 10, § 73.
