    Hence, Antĭpŏlĭtānus, a, um, adj., of or from Antipolis: thynni, found in that region, Mart. 13, 103; cf. id. 4, 89.
  2. II. An old settlement in Latium, afterwards Janiculum, Plin. 3, 5, 9, § 68.
